
2025-2026 Admissions
In the 2025-2026 academic year, Iaomai Academy will offer two and three day enrollment options to provide a self-paced learning environment and a part-time supplement for current homeschool families and those who wish to transition to homeschooling. Our enrollment will be capped will be 10 students. Since we will operate only three days a week as a drop-in learning center, we do not plan to offer a half-day option at this time. We will reevaluate the need for half-day options should demand change.

The 2025-2026 admissions process includes an application, request for references, and an interview with prospective families. We will provide an admissions decision within three days after the interview and admitted families will be required to pay a $150 enrollment deposit, due one week after acceptance. Iaomai Academy will conduct rolling admissions until all 10 of our spots are filled. Applications received after all spots are filled will be placed on a waitlist.

In order to apply for admission to Iaomai Academy, prospective students must be able to follow two step directions, regulate their behavior with minor corrections from adults, read a book quietly for 10-15 minutes, and work independently and as part of a small group.

Tuition & Deposit Fees
Newly admitted families will be asked to pay a $150 enrollment fee to secure their child's space in the program. Monthly tuition includes individual student licenses for Lexia and Zearn, curriculum costs, and field trips. Siblings receive a 10% tuition discount for each enrollment option.

Monthly Payments
Monthly payments are due on the 15th of each month for the length of the school year with final payment due in May. If a student joins Iaomai Academy midway through the year, the first month payment will be prorated based on the enrollment date. Due to our Flexible Attendance Policy, enrollment fees are due regardless of how often a student attends. Refunds or credits are not provided for sick days, vacation days, holidays, professional development, half-days, or other absences.

Flexible Attendance Policy
Iaomai Academy is committed to giving our students the flexibility that best meets their learning and personal needs. As such, we offer a flexible attendance policy where students can attend as often or infrequently as desired based on their enrollment plan. Students may come for an entire day, a partial day, or for brief intervals Tuesdays through Thursdays. We are available to support your child throughout our scheduled hours of operation.

One Semester Pledge
Iaomai Academy requires a one semester (approximately five-month) commitment. If a student enrolls mid-year, there will be the same one semester requirement. Once the one semester commitment has been met, enrollments may be cancelled with thirty (30) days written notice.

One Month Guarantee
We want your family to be happy at Iaomai Academy, so we offer a one-month guarantee after enrollment. If it does not seem to be a good match on either end, families or the founder may provide written notice of cancellation in the first thirty (30) days after the start date and the one-semester commitment will be waived.
